WellBeing Heroes
The WellBeing Heroes programme is a fun and friendly way to help children understand the importance of their own mental fitness and give them practical activities and tools to try out.
WellBeing Heroes
WellBeing Heroes is a primary-based education programme for young people 4 to 12 years old. It uses fun stories and activities to help children understand the importance of their own mental fitness and encourages them to try out practical tips and tools in a playful environment. Because we know that a single workshop is not enough to build these skills, we offer teachers support and follow up sessions, and parents are provided with a parent toolkit that encourages practising at home.

For Parents
A key element to our ongoing support for WellBeing Heroes is our Grown Ups Handbook. This handbook gives information and guidance on the tools taught in WellBeing Heroes, to those caring for children. We hope this handbook will increase adults’ confidence in modelling these tools, and therefore allow children the opportunities to use them in their everyday lives.
