We work across the Western Highlands to reduce the impact of poor mental health by combining evidence-based educational services with compassionate, face-to-face community support. Because our rural and remote communities have unique challenges, we co-design our approach alongside local people, amplifying their voices to create real, lasting change in mental health provision.
